| EASY PALEO PUMPKIN COOKIES - YUM |

I have been wanting to make a cooking video, so I thought I would make my favorite paleo pumpkin cookies, just in time for the holidays! Like I said in the video, when you make your cookies I would love it if you would take a picture and post it on twitter or instagram tagging me with the hashtag #cookingwithhaleigh

Here is the recipe for your reference:
-1 cup coconut flour
-2 cups tapioca flour
-3 eggs
-1 & 1/3 cups butter
-1 & 1/3 cups pumpkin puree
-1/2 cup of Lilly brand chocolate chips
-1 & 1/2 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1 tbsp vanilla extract
-1 cup agave nectar
