Window Depot of Annapolis is NOT Your Typical Window Replacement Company and we are proud to be a local and family-operated business in the Annapolis, MD area. Our company has grown significantly and we are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join our team.

We are looking for someone who's not afraid to ask for the order while taking care of the customer, showing integrity and holding margins. We're not looking for hundreds of sales representatives to "turn and burn." We want to hire one individual that will earn top tier income and grow within our company. We offer competitive commissions and our main focus is quality over quantity so you can run less leads and make more money.

We have low overhead and no debt. You will be treated like family, not a number. We have a 90% Demo Rate, 50% Close rate and a 95% Net Rate.

What we offer:

1. Two or three max REAL SALES APPOINTMENTS per day in the DMV.

2. One Zoom call meeting every other week for company updates. Not three meetings a week.

3. TRAINING - If you need on going training or tweaking we will meet you on appointments and be there to support and help you. You WILL NOT split the commission or lose time in the field. You should be rewarded for asking for help not punished.

3. We don't "pencil whip" back-ends!! If production/installation makes a mistake they pay for it not you! We pay our installers well so they don't complain while taking ownership.

4. NO WEEKENDS!!!!

5. We offer the same financing as Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon and Sam's Club. So we have long term same as cash plans to separate you from the competition.

6. We offer a wide range of Quality Products which open the doors to many more homeowners so that you can be proud to sell and work with us.

7. Quality install and service. You'll never have to hide from your customers. If we make a mistake we handle it immediately and do not leave until the homeowner is 100% satisfied.

8. 10% Commissions!! 5% on the front and 5% on the back PAID EVERY WEEK!!

9. Our Lead Times are HALF of our competitors’ on Windows, siding, soffits and Fascia. Gutters are available within days of sale!

REQUIREMENTS

Preferred - Minimum 1 year sales experience in the Home Improvement industry.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
Customer-focused.
Coachable -- trainable.
Persistent, tenacious, and results-oriented -- goal-driven.
Able to relate to different personality styles.
Responsible and accountable for personal results.
Be willing to undergo drug screening, in accordance with local law/regulations
