There are a few ways to stop wheel spacers from vibrating:
1. Change to quality hub-centric spacers. Brand spacers are made to fit specific vehicles. They are strong enough to bear large force. So, they will not easily break or crack. And the hub-centric design ensures a stable wheel connection, which greatly reduces the risk of vibration;
2. Take off the spacers, and carefully clean the hub mounting surfaces with rust remover. Then reinstall them. Any existing rust or debris will make your wheel spacers not sit properly and thus throw things off-balanced;
3. Make sure you are using proper wheel bolts. Thread lengths and seat types are important. Too short or too long wheel bolts can’t secure the wheels properly. And bolts of wrong seat types will lead to vibration;
4. Re-torque each wheel bolt to manufacturer-recommended torque specification (use a torque wrench instead of an impact gun).
