This is an updated guided mindfulness meditation on awareness of self that offers a new perspective. It is aimed at helping beginners or anyone struggling with consistent meditation to try a fresh approach.

Meditation can seem challenging or frustrating to learn, and hearing that it’s simple or easy can sometimes cause people to give up if it doesn't immediately produce the desired result.
