First of all, you have to complete a sidequest called "The Survivor". You can start this quest in Keener’s Rock (a small settlement north and slightly east of Greycatch ruins, and southwest of the Snowchant Hunting Grounds).
After doing that, Ikrie will be found at the Snowchant Hunting Grounds where you can accept her challenge.

You'll only have one bow with a limited amount of arrows. Unlike the other Hunting Grounds challenges, there is no time limit. But you'll have to destroy all the machines without running out of arrows. Keep the stronger arrows for the latter opponents and try not to miss a single shot. Let Ikrie freeze the enemies before you shoot any arrow and always aim for weak spots. If the machines burn, let them. Don't rush anything and be patient to get the best shots. If you do this, this challenge shouldn't be much of a problem.

If you get the blazing sun, you'll be awarded the "Won Ikrie's Challenge" trophy.

This is done on normal difficulty.
