ENMOLADAS INGREDIENTS:
For the mole sauce:
► 1 roma tomato
► 3 garlic cloves
► 1/2 white onion
► 1 tortilla
► 8 ritz crackers
► 7 guajillo peppers
► 2 cups chicken broth (add to pan)
► 4 cups chicken broth (add to blender)
► 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
► 1/2 tablet of chocolate abuelita
► 1 jar of Mole Sauce (I'm using Doña Maria)
For the enmoladas:
► Corn tortillas
► Some shredded cooked chicken
► Queso fresco
► Crema Mexicana
► Some red onion
► Some sesame seeds
