This pad practise routine will power up your second stroke, make your hands faster and give you more control. Doubles are one of the most basic and rewarding drumming rudiments. You can do this routine daily, few hours after or before your kit practise time. Every other day try to add 1-2 BPM and in a week you will see significant results in your overall playing!
