Pizza Buns 🍕


Ingredients
• 25 g fresh yeast
• 2.5 dl water, lukewarm
• 1 tsp salt
• 0.5 tsp sugar
• 1.5 tbsp olive oil
• 6–7 dl all-purpose flour

Instructions

Crumble the yeast into a bowl and dissolve it in the lukewarm water.

Add salt, sugar, and oil.

Work in the flour until you have a smooth dough. Knead for about 20 minutes by hand, or about 10 minutes using a stand mixer.

Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rise for about 30 minutes.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle, about 30 × 45 cm.

Spread pizza tomato sauce over the dough and top generously with grated mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes, bell peppers, and olives.

Roll the dough up and cut into slices.

Place the rolls directly onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let the pizza rolls cool slightly.
