Providing collaborative learning experiences for public and private prekindergarten educators expands their knowledge of evidence-based, emergent literacy key ideas and strategies. In turn, early childhood educators provide 3–5-year-old children with evidence-based literacy instruction, ensuring they are prepared for kindergarten.
