Banded shoulder and thoracic decompression stretch

How It Works:
1. Anchor the Resistance Band: Attach a strong resistance band to a high point, like a pull-up bar.
2. Wrap Your Wrists: Insert your hands through the band and wrap it around your wrists so you’re securely hanging in the band’s tension.
3. Sink Your Body Down: Allow your body to sink into the stretch, letting the band provide traction on your shoulders and spine.
4. Rotate Gently Side to Side: Shift your torso side to side to allow for deeper decompression and rotation in the spine, shoulders, and lats.

This exercise is popular in functional mobility training, spinal decompression work, and shoulder rehab. It’s great for relieving tension in the upper body and improving range of motion.
