Today I'm doing a video on Yoga for Acid reflux, IBS, Constipation, GERD!!

A video on special request, this is an effective sequence for acid reflux symptoms, heartburn, acidity, the feeling of bloatedness, constipation, flatulence, etc.

Medical studies & research have enough evidence on Yoga being able to significantly improve Acid reflux symptoms and to bring about changes in the digestive system and health!!

Certain set of yoga asanas coupled with pranayama practices like Kapaalbhaati and Agnisarkriya can help in reducing the stress manifestation in the body and aids in improving the body's response to stress and inflammation, which is usually the trigger for GERD, IBS, Acid reflux and issues with the gut.

Practicing these along with a disciplined eating pattern, good sleep and rest will certainly help in alleviating these symptoms over time.
