EasyJet Airbus A320-214 | Kefalonia to London Gatwick *Full Flight*

On-board one of EasyJet's newest A320's in their fleet G-EZOM in the new livery and fitted with the stunning 8ft tall sharklets! Thursday is a busy day for Kefalonia airport, its a "Thomson" day. One of the days Thomson dominate the airport with flights from just about every place they operate from. However Kefalonia airport is small and can only accommodate 4 aircraft at a push. So with 3 Thomson flights being delayed, the outbound flight from Gatwick to Kefalonia was delayed by an hour so it would be able to land upon its arrival in Kefalonia. But despite being almost an hour late leaving the flight went fairly smoothly, nice crew, informative chatty captain and made up some lost time on route. However upon our arrival at Gatwick, due to our delay, we were sent to the wrong terminal. We parked up in the South terminal instead of North. Not much of a big deal, just a little annoying that my car was then parked in one of the North Terminal car parks. But none of these problems were actually directly EasyJet's fault, so no complaints in regards to them. The landing back at Gatwick was infact one of the smoothest I've had in a very long time. Beautiful views after take off over the Island of Kefalonia and on route over Europe, particularly Croatia. Not to mention the race between our flight and a Thomson 737 from Heraklion also heading to Gatwick, look out for that!
