This video shows you how to create real-time facial animation from a video camera, webcam, or headcam, and stream it onto any character in MotionBuilder.

In this example I'm using a lower resolution, 30fps usb webcam to demonstrate the ease of use. A higher frame-rate (60+) camera is recommended for higher quality lip sync and more responsive facial motion.
