Press Release: Stepney All Saints Celebrates Outstanding GCSE and Sixth Form Results 2025
Stepney All Saints Church of England School is delighted to celebrate another year of strong examination outcomes across both GCSE and Sixth Form in 2025.
Headteacher Mr Ben Siaw said:

We are delighted that so many of our students are progressing to universities, further education, and employment, and we will continue to provide every opportunity for our learners to succeed. GCSE Success
This summer, our students have once again achieved excellent results, reflecting their hard work and the dedication of our staff:
60% of pupils achieved a Grade 5 or above in English and Maths.
79% achieved a Grade 4 or above in English and Maths.
Our Attainment 8 score stands at an impressive 54, well above the national average.
The English Baccalaureate (EBacc) APS is 5.01, with nearly 80% (79.4%) of pupils entering the EBacc pathway.
99% of pupils continued in education or moved into employment after Key Stage 4, demonstrating our strong focus on positive destinations.
Sixth Form Achievement
Our Sixth Form students have also performed exceptionally well, maintaining high standards and continuing their strong progression to higher education and careers:
Attainment score: 35.04
Retention rate: 80%
Destinations: An impressive 82% of our students secured places at universities.
At A level and equivalent qualifications:
40% of entries achieved grades A-A*, significantly above the national average of 28%.
80% of entries were graded A-B*, compared with 55% nationally.
98% of entries achieved grades A-E*, in line with the very highest standards nationally.
For vocational courses:
81% of students achieved Distinction-Distinction*, up from 71% last year.
90% achieved Distinction-Merit*, with an overall pass rate of 98%.
