This spectacular Villa is in the Altea hills residential estate, one of the most privileged on the Costa Blanca, in the province of Alicante, Spain. This includes structural assessment, budgeting, permits and regulations. The structural repairs that we will be addressing are the foundations and roof, plumbing and electrical, insulation and windows. Regarding the interior modernization, SpainHomes will also be responsible for overseeing the layout reconfiguration, kitchen and bathrooms, flooring and lighting. Furthermore, the aesthetic enhancements comprise of paint and wall finishes, built in storage, technological integration, sourcing materials and landscaping.

The project is due to be completed within a year.
