The Small Business Administration is providing small business and self employed 1099 relief via the SBA Disaster Loan, which is a small business loan that is actually a forgivable loan if used according to the SBA guidelines. You can use this as a payroll loan - it's basically a bailout to get through these difficult times in the economy.
