Currently a lot of these are meant to be timegated. I've labeled the ones you can actually get in the timestamps and video. There's probably ways to get some of the other ones too, but right now these are just the ones that are easy to obtain by getting past the laser, or are out in the open. Although unlikely, I'm unsure if these will cause issues with progression in the future, so take them at your own risk. Regardless, this will show the locations for all of them when they are obtainable. You can tell these are behind the doors due to the sound they're making (hence why I emote through the doors to make it a little louder and obvious).
