The struggle for mental health has always been a steep hill to climb, but for men they have always kept it inside and down deep within themselves. Their pain has been so intense that it has caused a statistical anomaly that we can no longer ignore.

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month and I wanted to talk about it in my latest episode of the 72 CM Podcast. Episode 5 delves into some of my struggles of mental health, some of the things I’ve experienced, have seen in others and what I see as a problem that can be solved with a simple gesture of conversation.

This affects not only men, but the families, friends, loved ones and children of these men suffering from the mental depression they are suffering from.
