📣Hello everyone, I am Mimi😀 This is my first post..! It’s so nice to meet you all! In this post, I would like to share the future direction of my channel. (I will explain more in detail in a new video this Thursday night.)

I am planning to rename my podcast channel to “Gachi | Inspiring Korean Podcast”. I intended to include the meanings of “가치 value” and “같이 together” in this channel name at the same time. I'll explain the specific reason below!

For the past two weeks, I've spent a lot of time thinking seriously thinking that I should make sure that my channel is different.

As a result, I gained a deeper understanding of my content. Rather than content conveying information such as Korean history or culture, my contents have functioned like “discussion topics” that talk about “Korea’s unique values” based on my thoughts and perspectives. So, you guys get inspired by my content and share your experiences, thoughts, and opinions in the comments. I have been impressed while chatting with you through the comments.

So, I would like to share the direction of my podcast channel more clearly. I plan to fill my podcast channel with contents such as “discussion topics” that talk about “Korea’s unique values” based on my thoughts and perspectives. I also plan to develop my channel into a community that communicates with you through content, comments, and live.

After posting this post, I plan to change the channel name to “Gachi | Inspiring Korean Podcast”. I wanted to share these concerns and decisions with you all, so I posted this before changing the channel name.

The new podcast video that will be uploaded this Thursday will have a lot of changes, so please look forward to it! Thank you so much for liking my content even though I'm not perfect.

지난 2주 동안, 앞으로 저의 채널만의 차별성을 확실히 만들어야 한다는 생각으로 심각하게 고민하는 시간을 보냈어요.

그 고민 결과, 저의 콘텐츠에 대해 더 깊게 파악할 수 있었는데요. 저의 콘텐츠는 한국의 역사나 문화 같은 정보를 전달하는 콘텐츠보다는, 저의 생각과 관점을 기반으로 "한국의 독보적인 가치들"에 대해 이야기하는 "토론 주제"같은 컨텐츠를 업로드 해왔더라고요. 그래서 여러분은 저의 컨텐츠를 통해 영감을 얻고 여러분의 경험, 생각, 의견을 댓글로 나누어 주셨고요. 저는 여러분과 댓글로 대화하면서 감탄하고 흥미롭기도 했어요.

그래서 더 명확하게 저의 팟캐스트 채널의 방향성을 공유해드리려고 해요. 저의 팟캐스트 채널은 저의 생각과 관점을 기반으로 “한국의 독보적인 가치(Value)"에 대해 이야기하는 “토론 주제”와 같은 콘텐츠로 채워가려고 합니다. 또 여러분과 같이(Together) 콘텐츠로, 댓글로, 라이브로 소통하는 커뮤니티로 나아가려 하고요.

이 포스트를 올리고 나서, 저의 채널명은 Gachi | Inspiring Korean Podcast로 바꿀 예정입니다. 여러분께 저의 이런 고민과 결정을 공유하고 싶어서 채널 이름을 바꾸기 전에 먼저 포스트를 올리게 되었어요.
