Eleanor and Steph try to teach you a foolproof recipe for Cauliflower Cheese then decide to completely wing it and make it up as they go along, resulting in far too much cheese sauce and not very much cauliflower! Still tastes delicious though!

If you want to follow something, and then make it up yourself as you go along - here's the recipe:
1 whole cauliflower
50 grams of butter
4 tablespoons plain flour
100g cheddar cheese
500ml milk

The Dinner Ladies are Eleanor and Steph who sometimes follow recipes, sometimes wing it, but (nearly) always produce tasty food and easy cooking recipes for dinner.
