Shred the leftover turkey and stir it into the simmering mixture along with red beans, pinto beans, black beans, corn, and top with water. Simmer on low heat for 6 - 8 hours. Top your soup with crispy tortilla strips, avocado slices, shredded cheese, and fresh cilantro for added texture and flavor. Ingredients:
2 cups turkey or chicken
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 packet of Ranch dressing seasoning
1/2 onion chopped
14.5 oz diced tomatoes
15.5 oz Red Beans
15.5 oz Black Beans
15.25 oz Sweet Corn
15.5 oz Pinto Beans
4.0 oz chopped green chilis
Slow cook on low for 6 - 8 hours
