Another car accident at this dangerous intersection on Highway 141 in Dickinson County of Michigan just a mile from Wisconsin. Listen to John tell his story about the accident! When they rebuilt the bridge between Michigan and Wisconsin they also re-built and moved this intersection from where it was. The cross road Brietung Cutoff was up between where the 2 fire trucks are in this video.

Many emergency units responded with full crews from the Quinnesec Fire Department along with the MI State Police and a rescue squad from the county. The ambulance you see is a new company that just located here. It appeared that just one person was injured, however John Nowicki said he did feel injured but was going to see how he felt later on.. Sometimes you know the people involve, this is what I found out on the scene.

The wrecker driver said he was only allowed to have one of the cars, he said another company was coming for the doctors car. He said it was county policy, even though he could have easily taken both and been clear of the scene in minutes.

The emergency response to this scene was pretty quick I'd imagine, many of the guys at the scene were at the Home Depot practicing procedures for removing victims from wrecked cars. I didn't ask John how fast their response was, but my video was made minutes after the accident happened. They got there pretty quick with full crews too.
