Recipe Yields 3 - 4 servings
Remember to adjust water, milk and spices amount to suit your liking. Some people like porridge thick while some like it on the thinner side.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups water (added to the pot)

1 1/4 tsp salt

1 or 2 cinnamon sticks or leaves

4 - 5 green bananas

1 cup water (to blend with the bananas)

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 1/2 - 2 tbsps coconut flour, oats flour or allpurpose flour

Grated nutmeg to taste

Cinnamon powder to taste

2 1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cow's milk

sweetened condensed milk to taste

Brown sugar to taste
