Paneer Cutlets:

Fried Onion Mixture:
Add 1 tbsp of oil to the pan
Add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds and 1 tsp of jeera
Fry them for a little bit
Add chopped green chilies
Add 1/2 chopped onion
Fry them until they are soft
Once they are soft turn off the stove and remove them to a bowl

Paneer Preparation:
Take your desired amount of paneer; here, I took 350 grams
Grate the paneer
Keep it aside for later use

Batter Preparation:
Take 2 eggs in a bowl and beat them
Once they turn pale yellow, start mixing other ingredients
Add in the fried onions mixture to eggs
Add grated ginger (1 inch piece)
Add 1 tbsp of grated garlic
Add 1/2 cup chopped coriander
Add 1/2 cup chopped mint
Add grated paneer to the bowl
Add some salt to taste
Mix well
Add 2 to 3 tsps of wheat flour
Mix well one more time
Juice one lemon (optional)
Mix thoroughly

Cutlet Preparation:
Take a little bit of the mixture and flatten it into a patty as shown in the video
Repeat the process with the rest of the mixture
Pour some oil onto a pan and spread it out
Place the paneer patties on the oil, and space them appropriately
Fry them on medium flame
Flip them after a few minutes
Remove them to a plate once they are golden brown on both sides
