Rusted out, rotted F-150 frame: repair, fix, 2004-2008, this one is pretty bad!

I've updated my process a little bit since the video. I'll include links to the rubberized undercoating I used but I have started using rust converter, the bed liner to top coat everything, then Fluid film inside the frame. Below are all the links:

I used the Fluid Film to soak the inside of the frame after the repair to help prevent more corrosion.

I used the 3M rubberized undercoating to protect the frame on the outside in this video but have now switch to the above listed bed liner.

The Dorman parts are similar thickness to the Ford frame. After the repair, I'm certain it’s not as strong as a new frame, but it’s much stronger than before the repair. The best repair would be to replace the frame. That isn't always the best financial decision for everyone, or every truck, so this is an alternative.
