Number 10: Milk Money (1994) - Romance, Comedy
Critics called this 'Ill-conceived and cheap' with a hall of shame pedigree. This movie only scored a 12% on Rotten Tomatoes and a 5.6/10 on IMDb.

Number 9: Spy Hard (1996) - Action, Comedy
The critics consensus on this movie was that 'Leslie Nielsen's comic gifts are undisputed, but Spy Hard's lazy script and slapdash direction fail to take advantage of them.' With only an 8% score on Rotten Tomatoes and a 5.4/10 on IMDb, this movie was a flunk!

Number 8: Cool as Ice (1991) - Musical, Romance
American romantic musical comedy film directed by David Kellogg and stars rapper Vanilla Ice in his feature film debut. Unfortunately the movie didn't to as well as hoped with a tiny score of 3% on Rotten Tomatoes and a sad 2.9/10 on IMDb.

Number 7: Ghost Dad (1990) - Comedy, Family
An American fantasy comedy film directed by Sidney Poitier and starring Bill Cosby. This was sure to be a success but the film received overwhelmingly negative reviews, receiving a weak score of 6% on Rotten Tomatoes and a
4.4/10 on IMDb.

Number 6: Mr. Magoo (1997) - Comedy, Family
Based on the Disney cartoon series, this movie starred Leslie Nielsen's who according to critics, his affability can't save this dunderheaded update of Mr. Magoo, which delivers a stream of slapstick gags so lame that audiences will feel like they've stepped on a rake. Harsh! This film scored a 7% on Rotten Tomatoes and a measly 4/10 on IMDb.

Number 5: Stop or My Mom will Shoot (1992) - Action, Commedy
Directed by Sylvester Stallone who admitted it was one of the worst movies every made! The plot revolves around a cop who's mom comes to live with him and starts to interfere in everything that he does and soon gets involved in one of his important projects. Rotten Tomatoes scored this movie 11% and IMDb scored a 4.3/10.

Number 4: Cool World (1992) - Fantasy, Animation
Brad Pitt's lowest rated film was also one of his strangest. The film was a creative and commercial disaster that lost $15 million at the Box Office. It's not suprising that this film only scored a 4% on Rotten Tomatoes and a 4.9/10 on IMDb.

Number 3: Mortal Kombat: Annihilation (1997) - Action, Fantasy
This Movie received ONLY Negative feedback! It's not surprising then that it only scored 4% on Rotten Tomatoes and a 3.7/10 on IMDb.

Number 2: Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997) - Action, Romance
Originally set to star Keanu Reeves, who dropped out at the last minute, this movie was a FAIL. This movie scored a 4% on Rotten Tomatoes and a dire 3.9/10 on IMDb.

Number 1: Baby Geniuses (1999) - Family, Comedy
Possibly the WORST Movie of the 90's? This movie scored a LOW 2% on Rotten Tomatoes and a SHOCKING 2.7/10 on IMDb.
