~Japanese daily meals~ Made by Japanese Mom

Hello everyone.
I’ll show you how to make today’s Japanese meal.
This time, I made 3 dishes.
It’s perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients & Recipe

“Agebitashi”

300cc water
2g dashi powder (Ajinomoto Hondashi)
30cc soy sauce
30cc mirin

3 eggplants
6 green pepper( shishito)
1/6 pumpkin

A little Katsuobushi(bonito flakes)

・Put the water in the pot.
・Add dashi powder, soy sauce, and mirin.
 Boil them.
・Once boiled them, put them in the container, and cool down.
 This is called “Tsuyu”.
・Poke several holes in the shishito peppers with a toothpick.
・Cut the pumpkin into 1cm width.
・Cut the eggplant into half, and add notches.
・Deep-fry them lightly in 180 degrees oil.
 Remove the excess oil by paper.
・Put the deep-fried veggies in tsuyu, and soak them.
・Cover with the lid, and cool down in the fridge.

”Sake Flake Donburi(Rice bowl)”

2 salted salmon
20cc sake
A little salt
A little oil

・Grill the salted salmon.
・Remove the salmon skin and bone.
 Chop the grilled salmon.
・Put some oil in the pan, chopped salmon, and sake.
 Stir-fry them with low heat.
 If you feel that the salt isn’t enough, add some salt.
・Crack the eggs, add some salt.
 Mix well.
・Put some oil in heated pan, and make scrambled egg.
・Put scrambled egg on the rice.
 Put sake flake on top.
 Put the Nori on top.

”Tofu & Enoki mushrooms Miso soup”

1 pack tofu
30g enoki mushrooms
A little green onion

450 cc water
3g dashi powder
35g miso

・Cut the green onion.
・Cut the tofu and Enoki mushrooms into 1.5 cm.
・Put it tofu and Enoki mushrooms in the pot with the water. 
 Add Dashi powder, and boil them.
・Once boiled, add miso.
・Put miso soup in the bowl, and add the green onion.
