طريقة فحص بكتيريا الــ Coliform and E. coli في الماء بطريقة الميديا الجاهزة
بإستخدام نظام الvacuum حيث المضخة تقوم بسحب المياه الموجودة كعينة 100 مل
في glass funnel فوق ورقة الترشيح المثبتة على قاعدة الترشيح المسامية بحيث تمر المياه
من خلال مسامات ورقة الترشيح مخلفة على الورقة أي تجمعات بكتيرية من بكتيريا

وبوضع ورقة الترشيح فوق ميديا المغذية للبكتيريا في الطبق والتي تكون محضرة وجاهزة
ثم وضع الطبق في وسط ملائم من درجات الحرارة بواسطة ال auto calve الذي
يثبت درجة الحرارة 36 c أعلى أو أقل بدرجتين ليكون وسط ملائم لنمو البكتيريا
