Normally when you fight CPU Uriko at the end of the game, she initially first appears as a little kid in her pre-fight intro, and then transforms into the powerful woman just before the actual fight starts. This intro normally cannot be skipped by the player. However when a human player selects her, her pre-fight intro CAN be skipped, so if you press Start to skip the intro, this actually PREVENTS her from fully transforming, keeping the Kid character model. You can use all of Uriko's moves, but only her hands are shown.

The second portion of the video shows her flawed alternative palette/model, as you can see it's messed up/unfinished. This is obviously because she isn't meant to be selected by human players.
