-6pcs red hot dogs sliced
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-300g pork liver sliced (marinated with 1/2-1Tbsp soy sauce and ground black pepper)
-2pcs onions chopped
-1head garlic chopped
-4pcs red tomatoes chopped
-1Kilo pork kasim (pork shoulder)
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-1Tbsp soy sauce
-2Tbsp oyster sauce
-250g tomato sauce
-2pcs dried bay leaves
