सावजी समुदाय नागपूर मे अपने मसालेदार खानपान के लिये प्रसिद्ध है . अपने पारंपरिक हस्तकला व्यवसाय के बंद हो जाने की बाद उन्होने सावजी भोजनालय कि शुरुवात की और वो काफी प्रसिद्ध हो गया. ये एक पारंपरिक तारिके से बनायी हुई रेसिपि है जो सावजी घरों में बनायी जाती हैं

Saoji Community is primarily based in Nagpur. They were expert in their Artistic handloom Business & Famous for their Cuisine. Saoji Cuisine is Spicy ,Greasy & Extremely addictive. Due to Extreme weather in Nagpur, this community uses a lot of spices. This is the Authentic Meat Curry Recipe which is passed on from generation to generation in Saoji Families. People make a lot of versions of it and call it Saoji, But this is the AUTHENTIC Saoji recipe prepared at SAOJI Households.

Kindly Note : There might be different versions of MUTTON SAOJI Recipe but this is what we prepare in our Kitchen.

Saoji Mutton Curry

Ingredients:

Red Chilli Powder 3-4 TBSP,
Salt

Turmeric powder - ½ TBSP,
Coriander powder 1 TBSP,
Nagpuri Black Masala (Garam Masala) - ½ TBSP
