In this video, we show you How to Make Pumpkin Pakora. This is such a delicious and crispy Pumpkin Pakoda Recipe and super easy to make. These pumpkin pakoras are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The spicy pumpkin fritters are packed full of flavour and super delicious with green and red chutneys.

To make the Crispy Pumpkin Pakora recipe, you will need:
2 cups grated pumpkin (squeeze out excess moisture)
1 small potato (cut into small cubes)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp coriander seeds (slightly crushed)
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 tbs semolina
1 tsp rice flour
3 tbs finely chopped onion
handful fresh coriander
2 green chilies finely chopped
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
enough gram flour to form into a batter (we used about 1 cup)
Do not add any water, the batter will form using the moisture released by the pumpkin (as shown in the video)
1/2 tsp baking powder
oil for frying
