Every Sunday at 5 PM, I head to Lakeside Marina Park with one goal: to turn a public space into a playground of fitness and community.
This week, a group of curious kids wandered over—and instead of just watching, they jumped in. We tried ‘levitation squats’ (back-to-back, holding each other up), and what happened was pure magic: laughter, teamwork, and a mini-lesson in balance and trust.
This is why I do the #TownPushupTour. It’s not about how many push-ups we do; it’s about showing that fitness is for everyone—any age, any skill level—and that the best workouts often feel like play.
