Spring Craft: Super Easy Nature Suncatchers!

The weather's a little warmer, the flowers are about to bloom, and it's almost Spring time! This beautiful flower suncatcher doubles as a flower mandala. Two art projects in one! To learn more, visit: https://artfulparent.com/perfect-flow...

What you need:
-Paper plates (the thin cheap kind)
-Scissors
-Transparent contact paper
-Flowers and leaves
-Markers
-Hole punch
-Yarn

Instructions:
-Do any design you like, including abstract, mandalas, or make pictures such as faces or butterflies.
-If the flowers to be used are large or bulky you can pull off individual petals, or use scissors to make smaller pieces. You may use a hole punch to punch small holes out of leaves or flowers.
-The contact paper helps preserve the flowers longer, but they will decay with time and that's okay.
-You may also decorate the paper plate frame by painting it with watercolor or any kind of paint, markers, or anything you like.
