Multifamily properties deal with many security risks, including loitering. This video shows several examples of loitering incidents in which Stealth Monitoring security professionals took action.

At 0:12 , we observed a man setting up camp inside the stairwell of a Washington apartment building. One of our monitoring operators called police on the loitering individual.

At mark 0:32, we spotted someone entering the dog washing station of an apartment building. He sat down on the floor and began to inject an unknown substance into his arm. Due to the nature of the activity, our security professional contacted the property’s guard. After getting no response, police were called. The loiterer was arrested.

At 0:52 we spotted someone loitering in an apartment laundry room. The suspect was shining a flashlight behind the laundry machines and tampered with them. Police were promptly contacted. They arrived while the loiter was still there and placed him under arrest.

Around 1:22, you will see a transient who was loitering on a Phoenix apartment’s property. A Stealth Monitoring security operator called police who arrived to investigate the loitering incident.
