Foreign investment in Pakistan's domestic bonds reversed sharply in August, with $78 million disinvested within the first 15 days. This comes after record inflows of $258.3 million into treasury bills in July. The State Bank reports that declining returns on T-bills, now as low as 16.99% for 12-month bills, are driving the outflow.
