This paper presents computational methods for separating oncogenic mutations from neutral mutations of the p53 protein using and mathematical processing of the following calculated values for each sample: Wd, TΔS, ΔH, lg[Kd], machine learning methods were used to determine the main physical quantities. Research can be divided into two large sections. The first section is devoted to the separation of oncogenic mutations in the p53 protein from neutral mutations using calculation methods using the example of the p53 protein monomer. This section will provide visually understandable combined graphs of calculated values, the Fechner correlation coefficient, and calculated data for two sets of mutations.
