Based in Bologna’s hills and located within an abandoned paper factory, CARTIERA is an ethical fashion social enterprise which employs people in economic hardship and asylum seekers.

By using leftovers from production chains it produces handmade leather goods with no environmental impact: a Made in Italy like never before.
