Yerevan Tapes is an italian label, created in 2011, run by a couple of passionate music lovers, Silvia and Andrea. They both have been involved in different projects in the realm of music, and at some point decided to operate together as an output, a quality output should we say. They quickly developed idiosyncratic sonic aesthetics, an experimental yet cohesive sound, with releases from artists like German Army or Isorinne. We hope that their quest for the ""sacred sounds"" won't end anytime soon.

Here is Constant Yearning, the Evitceles latest offering to the world, released on the italian label Yerevan Tapes. Strong of releases on Opal Tapes, Seagrave or Noorden, the Sofia-based producer is everything but a newcomer in the scene, and the strength and the beauty of this releases tends to confirm it. Constant Yearning shifts between hard, percussive rhythms and hazy, moody ambience throughout, all gathered in a certain sense of dramatic tension.
