Just in time for the Holidays!! In this video I show you how to make perfect Vegan Meringue cookies using aquafaba. With just a handful of ingredients you can make some too. Please watch the video all the way through because there are steps that if you skip them your cookies wont turn out.

All you need is:

1/2 cup aquafaba
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract (or any flavor of your choice)
1/4 tsp cream of tartar

*you can also use a drop of food coloring to make your cookies colorful
