RadioMaster new ER range of ELRS PWM receivers with more channels

RadioMaster brings us a range of receivers many a fixed-wing pilot was asking for. ELRS-based PWM receivers with more channels. So I thought I'd fit these into 3 of my planes still using old FrSky receivers. As is common with my flying, this will obviously include crashing, props falling off, and blood!
