Beef Chili Dry

Ingredients for Beef Preparation:
Beef 500 g
SuperChef Chili Dry Marination Powder
Egg 1
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Beef Chili Dry:
Oil 1/4 cup
Green chilies (slant cut) 4-5 medium
Ginger (julienne) 2 inches or 45 g
Fried beef
SuperChef Chili Dry Sauce
Water 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Veg Fried Rice:
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Carrot (chopped) 1 cup
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Boiled rice 3 cups
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green onion (chopped) 1/2 cup

Directions for Beef Preparation:
In a bowl add beef, SuperChef Chili Dry Marination Powder, egg, corn flour and mix it well. Let it rest for 15-20 mins.
In a deep pan heat oil and add marinated beef. Deep fry until 80% done. Set aside.
Directions for Beef Chili Dry Preparation:
In a pan, heat oil and add green chilies, ginger and cook for a minute.
Add fried beef and cook for 1-2 mins.
Add SuperChef Chili Dry Sauce and cook for 1-2 mins.
Add water and cook until fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Veg Fried Rice Preparation:
In a deep pan heat oil and add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
Add carrot, capsicum and cook for 1-2 mins.
Add boiled rice, black pepper crushed, salt, green onion and toss well for a minute.
Serve them with Beef Chili Dry and enjoy.
Prep time: 15-20 mins
Cooking time: 40-50 mins
Servings: 3-4
