💭 Adjust these exercises and resistance to your existing level but go hard.

💭 Feel every rep

💭 You can include this routine in your training structure or do it seperate. Always go by the feeling. Take a short rest if you need so, or do more rounds to have more intense stimulation.
Go all in and see results fast.

💭 I strongly suggest to follow "good pain instead of bad pain". Only train by feeling - nothing but good muscle pain.

💭Remember to recover and come back stronger!
