The Alabama State University Mighty Marching Hornet Band is based out of Montgomery, AL. It's a new year/season and MMH is perfecting every craft in the book. This vlog is to give you behind the scene footage & a day in the life of being a Mighty Marching Hornet and what it's like to be on campus. We are preparing to play against Alcorn State University (September 30, 2023) here at ASU. In this recap video you'll be able to see the a little bit of how practice goes as well as preparation for Connection Day. Connection Day is an event that allows high school students to see what our prestigious University has to offer. Improvement and progression is the goal that we aim towards for every performance when it comes to MMH. They don't call us "The Best Band in The Land" for nothing! We were also, given the honor in receiving a new tractor trailer from the Coca-Cola Bottling Company United. We'd like to give them a huge thank you for this opportunity will help us transport our instruments, water, gatorade and be a mobile billboard for our institution. This vlog is filled with laughter, practice, memories and hard work. These students have been working and playing hard since the beginning of Pre-Drill... oh and I can't leave out how they're also comedians. Thank you for watching this vlog for it is a memory that the band members alongside with myself will never forget.
