This video captures moments from the first Intelligent Leader – GenAI for Business cohort held in Karachi at NASTP on 23rd December 2025.

The room brought together CXOs, directors, and senior functional leaders from across Pakistan’s private sector — people responsible for strategy, risk, growth, and long-term competitiveness.

This was not a technical training.

Over the session, participants explored:

• how leaders should think about AI adoption — not just tools
• where AI creates real value, and where caution is required
• how to structure teams, ownership, and guardrails for responsible deployment

Leaders also saw live demonstrations of how AI is already being used for:

• internal knowledge and document intelligence
• productivity across core business functions

The most important takeaway from this cohort was simple:
Pakistan’s private sector is willing to adopt AI. Leadership just needs clarity, confidence, and the right starting point.
