How to make Ricotta Balls

Recipe
Savory Ricotta Balls
15 oz ricotta, small tub
1/3 cup parmesan
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt
Refrigerate for an hour
Portion, and after dipping in flour, place in egg/milk, then roll in the bowl of bread crumbs
deep fry for 1 minute, top with parmesan cheese and dip in marinara



Sweet Ricotta Balls
15 oz ricotta, small tub
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
Refrigerate for an hour
Portion, and after dipping in flour, place in egg/milk and dip in flour again for a good coating
Deep fry for 1 minute
You can put a variety of toppings~cinnamon and sugar, powdered sugar, strawberry sauce, caramel, honey, etc.
