On Monday evening and throughout the day and evening on Tuesday, a steady stream of mourners passed in front of William Donald Schaefer's flag-draped casket in the Rotunda at Baltimore City Hall. Baltimoreans and Marylanders from all walks of life and backgrounds came to pay their last respects and to say farewell to the former Mayor of Baltimore and Governor of Maryland.
