This recipe makes 1kg of Cranberry Tea Blend

Ingredients -
248.8g Dried Cranberries
248.8g Dried Hibiscus/ Roselle Flowers
124.4g Green Tea
199g Dehydrated Orange
99.5g Cinnamon Stick
79.6g Dried Ginger

Method-
1. Crush cinnamon stick, into small pieces.
2. Chop cranberries into small pieces.
3. Chop orange and crush dried hibiscus flowers.
4. In a drum blender, combine all the ingredients until everything get mixed well.
5. Store in airtight, food trade pouches (2-5 gm per pouch).
