necessary ingredients: 👇👇
1 cup red lentils (200 g)
Soak in water for several hours. I have small lentils, 1 hour is enough.
Dry garlic 1tbsp
30 ml olive oil.
50 g psyllium husk.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
30 g pumpkin seeds.

Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C/392F.

The bread is ready!
Let it cool slightly.
