Today's stretch of the Scrubby Creek line took me from Queens Rd/Loganlea Rd all the way to the merge with Slacks Creek.

I then followed Slacks Creek all along unexplored territory navigating between the Meadowbrook Golf Club and private property on the backsides of Nujooloo Rd and Leslie Parade until I finally reached the Logan River conflux where this 35km creek system came to its outlet.

Extremely rugged and tough trying my best to maintain respect for private property but discovering some amazingly beautiful terrain. What an adventure. I can only say that my final stretch of Scrubby/Slacks was the most challenging/difficult of all the sections so I was was truly honoured to have been able to bring this trek to a successful end safely with no injury.

The sixth and final video of an insane Urban Hiking adventure series for my YouTube channel (Youtube/Jelbuilder) where I follow a little known but major creek line called Scrubby Creek in Logan City from its source at Greenbank to its merge with Slacks Creek, which then flows into the Logan River conflux. Absolutely fascinating for me as I bushbash my way down this whole 35km creek line showing a whole other World with our own suburban backyards!
